Payment & Pricing
Section 1: Payment Terms
Once a proposal is accepted, an invoice will be sent based on the number of hours agreed upon. Payment must be made before the first lesson. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card (through a secure payment link).
Section 2: Pricing & Taxes
Prices are as agreed in the proposal/invoice, in the currency stated at the time of booking. All listed fees are inclusive of applicable administrative costs.
Lesson Validity
Packages must be used within defined periods starting from the date of payment:
- 5-lesson packages: Valid for 8 weeks.
- 10-lesson packages: Valid for 12 weeks.
Lessons not scheduled and completed within this period will expire. Extensions may be granted for illness at the teacher's discretion.
Cancellation Policy
We value flexibility but require mutual respect for scheduled time. Lessons may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- Rescheduling is possible if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed lessons without timely notice (less than 24h) will be charged in full.
Services Included
Each lesson includes personalized material, homework assignments, and feedback. Handouts and exercises provided by the teacher remain the intellectual property of the teacher and may not be redistributed or resold.
Confidentiality
All personal and educational information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
7. Minors
Students under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent for all bookings and term agreements.
8. Teacher's Responsibility
The teacher is not responsible for technical issues on the student's side or for absence due to external factors.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (illness, power/internet outages, emergencies).
10. Communication
The teacher remains available for questions or clarifications via email between scheduled lessons to support your progress.
11. Liability
No liability is assumed for damages arising from the use of third-party platforms or tools during the lessons.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally; the version currently published on this website is the one in effect for all active students.
